How It Works
Desktop Survey & Site Visit
We assess your property and heating needs, confirm boiler location, flue options and cylinder/heating controls, then provide a detailed written quote and installation plan.
Supply, Installation & Commissioning
Border Heating Services Ltd, which is Gas Safe registered, fits the boiler, completes pipework, flue installation and system controls, then commissions the system and performs safety and flue tests.
Handover & Certification
We register the boiler with the manufacturer, issue commissioning paperwork, a detailed aftercare sheet and advice on maintenance; any necessary certificates are supplied on completion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Typical installations are planned and completed within a day for straightforward like-for-like replacements; more complex jobs — new pipe runs, moving flues or adding cylinders — can take longer. We assess duration at the site visit and give a clear programme before work begins.
